With more than 30 years of construction management experience, Jim Spangenberg has built a career around helping organizations bring complex projects to life. As the founder of OneRep, Jim focuses on providing owner’s representative and project management services, guiding clients through every aspect of project development.
With more than 30 years of construction management experience, Jim Spangenberg has built a career around helping organizations bring complex projects to life. As the founder of OneRep, Jim focuses on providing owner’s representative and project management services, guiding clients through every aspect of project development.
Before launching OneRep, Jim served as President and Founder of Generations Construction, Inc where he successfully led major institutional, commercial, and community projects throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. For twenty years, he has represented multiple YMCA associations, helping them expand, modernize, and strengthen their facilities while offering value and establishing efficiencies.
His work is guided by a simple goal: to manage the building process so his clients can stay focused on building their mission.
